不具合によって室温や空調システム全体・熱源機・搬送系の電力消費量が変動したとき,どれほどの変動値から不具合と判断するのか(閾値の設定)は,非常に難しい問題である。従来のモデルベース手法においても同様に大きな問題点となっているが,ここでは「一意的に決定できないもの」と考える。すなわち,少しでも変動すればそれを不具合とみなすか,大きく変動して初めて不具合とみなすかは,建物と空調システムのエネルギー消費量や室内環境に対するリスクをどこまで許容するかによるものとする。よって,本報では,クラスA,クラスB,クラスCの3段階の不具合検知レベルを用意し,状況に応じて弾力的に利用する方法を提案する。図6に不具合検知レベルの概念図を示す。室温や電力消費量といった評価項目の正常値からの偏差が図中aであれば全てのクラスにおいて正常と判断されるが,図中cであればクラスAとクラスBでは不具合に,クラスCでは正常と判断される。クラスAは不具合の判断基準の閾値の範囲が狭いので,不具合の発生後,短時間で不具合の検知ができる長所があるが,一方で現実的には,頻繁な不具合発生の通知信号が生じ,不具合検知・診断の信頼度も低いといったことが考えられる。逆にクラスCでは,不具合検知・診断の信頼度が高いものの,検知までの所要時間が長く,その間の室内環境悪化やエネルギーの浪費につながる可能性が高い。

When room temperatures, power consumption for the entire air conditioning
system, that for the heat source unit, and that for transporting system
are changed due to problems, it is very difficult to find the variable
from which problems are judged (set up for the threshold). Even though
this is also the serious problem in the conventional model based method,
we judged that this problem can not be decided uniquely. Namely, when small
amount of changes happened, if it is judged as problem, or only when large
amount of changes takes place if it is judged as problem is based on allowance
of taking risks for energy consumption or environment in rooms. Therefore,
creating problem detection levels of class A, class B, and class C, we
are proposing a flexible method in accordance with situations. Concept
of problem detection level is indicated at fig. 6. When the deviation of
evaluation items, such as room temperature or power consumption from the
normal value is a in the fig. 6, values in all the class are recognized
as normal. When it is c, detection levels in the class A and in the class
B are recognized as problems while that indicated at the class C are recognized
as normal. Because the range of the threshold, which is used as criteria
for the problem, is narrow in class A, it is advantages to quickly detect
the problem after it takes place. But, in reality, repeated generation
of information signal for the problem causes low reliability for detection
/ diagnosis of the problem. On the other hand, even though reliability
for detection / analysis of problems is high in the class C, it takes long
time to detect them. During this required time for the detection, it is
highly likely that the environment in rooms will be deteriorated or energies
will be wasted.
