まず，HVAC&R実験解析システムを対象に空調システムシミュレーションを行い，空調時間帯の基準階日平均室温，空調システム全体の日積算電力消費量，熱源機日積算電力消費量，搬送系日積算電力消費量の正常状態の計算値を求める。次に，前節の不具合項目をそれぞれシミュレーションに反映し，同様に上記4項目について計算値を求め，正常状態と不具合状態の偏差を算出する。これらを各月ごとに平均し，不具合による変動値を分類・整理した。例として表4に夏期8月の結果を示す。なお，不具合の条件（正常値との差）は，不具合の程度を表し，例えば，熱源製造冷温水温度不全の+3℃は表3の設定値からプラスに3℃ずれていること，熱源性能低下の30％は本来の能力の70％しか出力できないことを意味している。また，表4中の電力消費量偏差は正常状態の値に対する不具合状態での増減分を百分率で表したものである。
●英訳

items indicated in the previous section to the simulation, the deviation
for normal conditions and troubled conditions were calculated through calculated
values for the above 4 items. Averaging these values for each month, the
variables caused by the problems were categorized by organizing. The result
of August is indicated at the table 4, as an example. In the meantime,
problem conditions (differences from the normal values) indicate seriousness
of the problem. For example, +3℃ indicated at the problems at the cold
water temperature produced by the heat source means the temperature is
deviated by 3℃ to the plus side from set up value indicated at the table
3. And, 30％ indicated at the deteriorated heat source performance means
that only 70% can be outputted. And, the deviation for the power consumption
indicated at the table 4 means increased amount at the troubled condition
compared with the normal condition is indicated in percent.
