第４条（有効契約期間）
本契約の有効期間は、平成18年1月1日から平成18年12月末日までとし、甲、乙いずれか一方より期間満了の３ヵ月前までに書面による解約の申し出のない限り、以降１年ずつ自動的に更新するものとする。
第５条（個別契約の変更）
個別契約の内容を変更する必要が生じた場合は甲及び乙協議のうえ変更できるものとする。この場合は、変更部分の内容を明らかにした文書を別途作成するものとする

Article 4 Term of Agreement
This Master Agreement shall be effective from January 1st, 2006 to the end of December, 2006, and unless cancelled by either party in writing at least three month before the expiry date, it shall be automatically renewed at the end of each
year.
Article 5 Changes to Individual Contracts
If the contents of any Individual Contracts need to be changed, changes shall be made upon consultation between both Parties, in which case, the details of such changes shall be expressly documented separately.
