●原文
甲は個別契約締結後遅滞なく、個別契約の内容に必要なマニュアル、データ及びその他の資料（以下 「資料等」という。）を甲の負担と責任において提供するものとする。
２．前項に基づき甲より乙に提供される資料等の正確性、有用性等について、乙は責任を負わないものとする。
３．乙は、前項の正確性、有用性等について確認、検証の義務は負わないものとするが、別途個別契約の対象とする場合はこの限りではないものとする。
●訳文
The First Party shall provide instruction manuals, data and other materials under the terms and conditions of an Individual Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Materials, etc”) at the First Party’s expense and risk without delay after the conclusion of the Individual Contract.
2.The Second Party shall not be responsible for the accuracy and usefulness of Materials, etc provided to the Second Party by the First Party in accordance with the preceding section.
3. The Second Party shall not be obligated to confirm and verify the accuracy and usefulness of Materials, etc mentioned in the preceding section, except as when such confirmation and verification are included in a separate Individual Contract.
