●原文
甲及び乙は、各々相手方が本基本契約第１３条第１号から第４号のいずれかに該当した場合、別段の催告を要せずに書面による通知をもって、本基本契約及び個別契約の全部又は一部を解約することができるものとする。
２．甲及び乙は、相手方が本基本契約又は個別契約に基づく義務を履行せず、相当期間を定めて書面による催告をした後もこれを履行しない場合は、本基本契約及び個別契約を解約することができるものとする。
●訳文
Either Party may cancel a portion or the whole of This Master Agreement with a written notice but without a letter of demand when any of the items in Sections 1 to 4, Article 13 of This Master Agreement is applied to the other party.
2. If either party fails to fulfill its obligations under This Master Agreement or Individual Contracts andif continues to fail to fulfill its obligations even after a letter of demand is given after a certain period of time, the other party pay cancel This Master Agreement or such Individual Contracts.
