Information” means all oral, written, or other information whatsoever,
including information in documents, and other recording media and information
embodied in any item which in connection with the Matter, is heretofore
or hereafter obtained by Recipient from or through Disclosing Party. "Information'
includes, but is not limited to, ideas, inventions, discoveries, formulas,
methods, designs, drawings, specifications, engineering and manufacturing
data, computer programs, data bases, software documentation, mask works,
works of author, lists of customers, suppliers and employees and data related
thereto, business plans, market analyses, financial data, projections and
budgets, whether or not the same is or may be protected by patent, copyright,
registration, or other right of execution. This information is limited
to trade secrets and other proprietary or private information of Disclosing
Party or of third party or of any third party, if disclosed by or through
Disclosing Party.

「情報」とは、内容に関して前述または後に記述される、情報提供者から、または情報提供者を介して情報の被提供者が入手する品目の中で体現されている情報、及び文書並びにその他記録媒体に記載されている情報など、全ての口頭による、文書によるまたはその他一切の情報を意味する。「情報」とは、特許、著作権、登録、またはその他権利の履行により保護されている、または保護されている可能性があるか否かにかかわらず、アイデア、発明、発見、公式、方法、デザイン、図面、仕様書、工業技術並びに製造データ、コンピュータプログラム、データベース、ソフトウェア付属文書、半導体集積回路、著者の作品、顧客リスト、供給業者リスト、従業員リスト並びにそれに関するデータ、事業計画、市場調査、財務資料、見通し及び予算を含むが、これに限定されない。もし、情報提供者によって、または情報提供者を介して開示された場合、本情報とは、情報提供者、第三者またはいかなる第三者の企業秘密及びその他占有情報または非公開情報に限定される。
