Leader may download the computer video file from the private URL address given by the Company, however Leader may not forward or give this private URL address to anyone else. The video will be coded so that the Company will know that the video downloaded was furnished to Leader.
2. Leader agrees to only show the Video in a closed meeting (invitation only) with no cameras or video cameras taking pictures during the showing of the Video.
3. No copies will be made of the Video except on the Leader’s own computer.
4. Upon demand by Company, the video shall be destroyed by putting in the trash of the computer and emptied by Leader.
5. The Video shall not be given or handled by any of Leader’s employees, consultants, related affiliates or third parties.
6. The Video shall not be posted on any websites nor shall it be available for public viewing

1. リーダーは、会社が提供した非公開のURLアドレスからビデオファイルをダウンロードしてもよいが、本非公開URLアドレスを他者に転送したり、譲渡したりしてはならないものとする。ビデオは、リーダーに提供されたかどうか会社がわかるように、コード化されている。
2. リーダーは、ビデオ上映中カメラやビデオカメラの使用を禁止する非公開会議（招待のみ）においてのみビデオを上映することに同意する。
3. リーダーのコンピュータ上を除いて、ビデオのコピーは作成してはならない。
4. 会社からの要求があったら直ちに、ビデオは、リーダーがコンピュータのゴミ箱に捨て、それを空にするという方法で破棄するものとする。
5. ビデオは、リーダーの従業員、コンサルタント、関連会社または第三者へ譲渡しないものとする、あるいはこれらによる扱いも禁止する。
6. ビデオは、ウェブサイトへの投稿または一般公開をしてはならないものとする。
7. リーダーが上述の条件のいづれかに違反したと判断した場合には、会社は、本機密保持契約書に従って、会社との取引停止も含め、リーダーを罰する権利を有するものとする
