●英語契約書原文
1.1 All Articles shall bear the Licensed Marks except as hereinafter provided
and no Articles (i.e., Products bearing the Licensed Marks) shall be sold
or otherwise distributed by Licensee under any mark other than the Licensed
Marks.
1.2 Licensee acknowledges that the rights granted to it hereunder do not
include the right to operate a boutique under the Licensed Marks or any
variation or simulation thereof.
1.3 Licensee shall use its best efforts to exploit the rights herein granted
throughout the Territory and to sell the maximum quantity of Articles therein
consistent with the high standards and prestige represented by the Licensed
Marks.
1.4 Licensee shall not export Articles from the Territory or sell Articles
to any entity which it knows or has reason to believe intends to export
Articles from the Territory.
1.5 In the event of any dispute between Licensee and any other licensee of the Company in the Territory with respect to the products covered by their respective licenses, such dispute shall be mediated in good faith by the Company. The Company's determination shall be final and binding upon Licensee.

1.1 すべての本商品には、後段で定める本商品を除いてライセンスマークを付けるものとする。また、ライセンシーはいかなる本製品（すなわち、ライセンスマークを付けた本製品）もライセンスマーク以外のマークを付けて販売、またはその他の方法で流通させてはならない。
1.2 ライセンシーは、本契約によって供与される権利にはライセンスマークのもとでブティックを経営する権利、またはこれに類似する権利は含まれないことを承認する。
1.3 ライセンシーは最善の努力を払って、本地域において本契約により供与された権利を活用し、ライセンスマークが表す高い基準と名声にそった本製品を最大限に販売するものとする。
1.4 ライセンシーは、本商品を本地域外へ輸出してならず、また本地域外への輸出を意図した企業、またはそう信じるに足る根拠を有する企業に販売してはならない。
1.5 ライセンシーと本地域内における当社の他のライセンシーの間で、各自のライセンスが対象とする本製品に関して争いが生じた場合、争いは当社によって公正に調停される。当社の決定は最終的であり、ライセンシーを拘束するものとする。
