●和文原稿
平成17年度においては、前年度大学の状況等について各理事および委員へ情報の提供が十分にできていなかった反省点を踏まえ、積極的に情報共有を図ったほか、Webテレビ会議の試行導入を行った。なお、平成18年度からは、より議論を深め大学経営会議の機能を充分発揮させるとともに、キャンパス整備や大学院設置等、大学経営会議に諮るべき
案件が増えること等を踏まえ、大学の運営を円滑に進めるため、開催回数を年6回から10回程度に増やすこととした。平成17年度においては、学生の留学に関わる事項について多くの議題が取り上げられた。これは開学2年目を迎え、留学要件を満たして実際に留学する学生が出てきたことに伴い、世界各国への留学生派遣に係る具体的課題が現れてきたためである。年間11回、ほぼ毎月開催したことにより、緊急性を有する課題にも迅速に対処することができた。しかし、決定事項等の教職員・学生への迅速な周知という点において課題があるため、迅速な周知の方法を検討する必要がある。

Furthermore, from 2006, together with adequately demonstrating the functions

opened, who met the study abroad requirements and who would actually participate
in study abroad. By holding meetings almost every month (11times during
the year), it was possible to deal with even urgent issues promptly. However,
it necessary to review prompt information dissemination methods as there
are issues regarding the communication of decisions to teaching staff and
students.
